All of our products are handcrafted to order Purchasing an item of furniture manufactured and finished by hand is something we feel is worth waiting for.
To allow for safe delivery a few of our larger picnic tables require minimal assembly. All the fittings are supplied along with instructions. If a product requires final on-site assembly then we tell you this on the product page.
On receipt of your order, a production slot is booked to meet the timescale detailed on the product shown in the Lead Time above.
Once your product starts its production cycle we will call to arrange a convenient delivery day with you.
Delivery
With the exception of the Dovedale, Bradbourne, and Junior Parrot, the rest of the products are supplied fully assembled.
Delivery to most UK mainland addresses is FREE*, unfortunately, there are some postcodes that our delivery company charges more for.
A charge is applied to a UK mainland postcode prefixed with AB, BH, EH, EC, KA, KW, IV, PH, PA or SA. When you click on the "Calculate Shipping" button on the Product page, the exact fee (Inc VAT) will be displayed. Clicking the "Add to cart" button will add both the Product and Shipping cost to Cart.
We apologise for this, but we are restricted by what carriers charge. TDP do regularly review our carrier companies to ensure we are getting the best deals for our customers.
This premium postcode delivery cost has been kept to a minimum so customers residing in these areas are not disadvantaged with large delivery costs.
As standard, we are unable to ship to any offshore destination. If you would like to purchase any of our outdoor products to be delivered to a non-UK mainland destination (including the Isle of Skye), please contact us at sales@gardenpromos.com to discuss your requirements. We do have options to deliver offshore, but these would have to be quoted on request.
How we deliver your furniture
Our carriers deliver from Monday to Friday and to the front of a property only (ie. your driveway or car park) which is nearest to the public road.
There has to be access to the delivery address by a large lorry.
There is normally only one driver and they will offload the pallet using a tail lift vehicle then a pump truck to get it on your property.
In order to use a pump truck, your access has to be of firm ground and relatively flat.
Drivers are not permitted to site the item for you or leave it around the back or side of your property.
Standard delivery is not time-specific but we do ask the carrier to call you one hour before.

There may be occasions, when long items are ordered, that the delivery driver will deem this as unsafe to use a pallet truck to unload. In these rare cases, the items will need to be taken off the delivery vehicle by hand.
