Rutland Bisbrooke Disabled Access Picnic Bench
Based upon our highly popular Oakham picnic bench, the Bisbrooke disabled access picnic bench is manufactured from 89mm x 34mm (ex 4" x 2") heavy duty joinery grade redwood timber, sourced from responsibly managed forests.
Permits easy access for wheelchair users with it's 900mm width bay, allowing them to dine, drink and relax in a fully inclusive manner unlike standard designs.Like all of our wooden furniture, the Oakham picnic bench is made using high quality, pressure treatedtimber from FSC approved, sustainable sources, so as well as lasting for years you can be sure that it is environmentally sound too.
We also use corrosion treated heavy duty fixings and protective black plastic screw caps throughout so that the components remain securely fastened year after year.

Pressure Treatment Process Explained
The durable, robust nature of our Champion Workshops is further enhanced by the free pressure treatment that is applied across the range. Preservative is been forced into the timber at high pressure, increasing longevity and removing the need for annual re-treatment. The improved longevity is reflected by a brilliant 15-year guarantee against rot and fungal decay.
