Outdoor Chef Dualchef
The hallmark of the DUALCHEF gas grill stations is the Dual Gourmet System (DGS ®), developed and patented in Switzerland. This technology combines two temperature zones divided by the Zone Divider under one hood, with perfect heat distribution. On one side you can grill at high temperatures over 360 degrees, while on the other side large pieces of meat or fish are cooked at temperatures from 80 degrees. The high-quality cast iron grids, which guarantee optimal heat storage, ensure a beautiful branding of this multifunctional steak machine.
In addition, the OUTDOORCHEF DUALCHEF models have a HEAT DIFFUSER, which directs the heat to the rotating basket (not included in the scope of delivery) and thus reduces gas consumption. At the same time, the concentrated heat ensures a nice crust on the meat or roast chicken. The SAFETY LIGHT SYSTEM (SLS) in the rotary controls is activated as soon as the valve is opened. The light sensor automatically adjusts the intensity of the LED lights to the ambient brightness. Robust, foldable side shelves offer enough space for preparing meals. The DUALCHEF 425 G also has a blazing zone.
The barbecue experience is rounded off by accessories specially developed for the DUAL GOURMET SYSTEM, such as the rotating basket set, grill plate, stainless steel grill grate, vegetable grate and cooking set. With the pizza stone, a frame made of stainless steel increases the baking position, which achieves an optimal combination of top and bottom heat - and particularly crispy results. The plancha cast plate has also been added, which offers plenty of space for grilled food. It has a practical juice groove to drain off excess fat, as well as a small, ribbed grilling surface in the front and a removable stainless steel warming zone.
In addition to the sophisticated technology and clever accessories, the DUALCHEF models impress with their clear, modern design in black and convenient features such as base cabinets for gas cylinders and accessories. All of these features make the DUALCHEF a perfectly equipped outdoor kitchen that leaves nothing to be desired.
Pressure Treatment Process Explained
The durable, robust nature of our Champion Workshops is further enhanced by the free pressure treatment that is applied across the range. Preservative is been forced into the timber at high pressure, increasing longevity and removing the need for annual re-treatment. The improved longevity is reflected by a brilliant 15-year guarantee against rot and fungal decay.
