Asgard Spare and Replacement Keys

As of October 2015 Asgard changed the standard shed locks to a new type of lock.  Our new locks are still as secure as ever – giving you fantastic security with high end features such as anti-bump technology and active locking pins.  From October 2015 all Asgard locks are supplied with a seperate key identification credit card.

Getting a replacement key for your Asgard is still really easy, though getting a new set of keys is slightly different for the two types of locks.

If you have an old style Asgard lock the lock barrel will have a unique identification number stamped on the front. This will be a sequence of numbers and/ or letters; please state the full sequence.

If you have a new style lock, the identification number is stamped on the identification card supplied with the shed. pictured above>

When you order your replacement key online, you will be contacted by Asgard as we process your order. We will then phone and confirm your lock type and ask you to confirm your unique lock code and ask you a few simple security questions.

We will process your dispatch your new replacement key (usually within 7 days).

We know that keys can be easily lost, so we advise that you keep the key card somewhere extremely safe. The card contains a 3 to 5 digit code which we must know in order to supply you with the corresponding key.

If you have lost both the keys and the key code, then an entire new lock may be required – which may involve replacing your shed door.

Delivery 

All Asgard deliveries are carried out Monday - Friday, between 8am - 6pm.
Our driver will contact you on the day of delivery, to confirm your 3-hour delivery window.

Scotland: Costs apply to some areas. Enter your postcode in the search box above for the shipping charge.

Northern England: Certain parts of Northern England close to the borders may incur a small delivery charge. If in doubt, please contact us

Southern England: Certain parts of Southern England such as Devon, Cornwall etc, may incur a small delivery charge. Please contact us for more information.

Wales: Costs apply to some areas.

Note: Asgard uses our own delivery vehicles to ensure your product arrives in perfect condition. Most of our products are sent flat packed, allowing you to easily build the units yourself. This reduces transport costs and minimises our environmental impact.

Asgard DO NOT deliver overseas - Orders placed for overseas delivery without notification will be canceled immediately. Please send us an email for overseas delivery.

What happens once I have placed my order?

You will receive an automated email notification of your order immediately. We will phone you a few days prior to delivery to confirm you are able to accept delivery. All products are made to order and during an exceptionally busy time, orders will be despatched from our warehouse later than our normal 3-4 week delivery time. The current lead time can be seen at the top of this page.

Each of our products is made to order and manually checked for defects before despatch. We will only despatch an order when the product has passed our quality control checks.

Failure to supply us with a contact phone number may delay the despatch of your order.

*Please note that orders placed during December will be dispatched in the New Year.

Delivery discounts may be applicable to bulk orders. If you require more than one product (shed/unit) - please contact us for an updated price.

All products are built to order and undergo a thorough quality control procedure before each panel is individually checked and wrapped with reusable blankets (cutting down on cardboard wastage).

What if my Asgard delivery is incorrect or damaged?

Although we do our utmost to ensure your purchase will arrive in perfect condition, there may be an occasion where there are unavoidable problems. If you discover a problem or have an issue with your product or any aspect of our service, in the first instance please speak to the Asgard delivery drivers (who are employed by us), they will do their utmost to resolve the problem on-site.

If you find a problem with your purchase after delivery please contact us within 5 working days of your delivery date. We will then work with you to resolve any issues. To help speed up the process please have your order number to hand.
