Shipping & Delivery Policy
Our aim is to fulfil all orders as quickly as possible, using prompt and efficient delivery methods. To achieve this, deliveries are usually made direct from the manufacturer, either using their carrier or an independent courier service.

All products are delivered in a boxed, flat packed, sectional format, from the manufacturer to your home and are supplied with full instructions, ready for DIY assembly.
You will be contacted by our warehouse team to ‘pick a day’ which allows customers to pick a specific date for delivery usually by telephone two to three days prior to the proposed delivery date (applicable to some orders only). If the date offered is not convenient, customers can request a re-schedule with no additional charge. Deliveries are typically made on weekdays only between 7am and 7pm. Unfortunately, we are unable to specify a timed delivery.
If a product is required to arrive before a specific date – for example a playhouse for a child’s birthday, or you are concerned about access for any large products, please contact us for advice and assistance.
Delivery drivers are only insured to drop products off onto a kerb side or driveway and will generally not carry such items into or onto your property. This rule also applies to rear or side access or through garages. It is not compulsory for customers to be present during delivery; however, we will require a written authorisation for deliveries in your absence, usually by e-mail. Deliveries made in the customer’s absence will be left in a safe and secure place wherever possible. The liability for the safety of products will be at the risk of the customer if deliveries are arranged in their absence.
* Upon a minority of goods some distant UK mainland locations may not be serviced or attract extra delivery charges.
We can only deliver to registered residential or commercial addresses. Therefore, we cannot deliver to an unsecured allotment, car park, waste ground etc. – The basic “rule of thumb” we work to is: if a Royal Mail postman delivers to the address, it is likely that we will too.
We aim to offer FREE delivery to as many locations on the UK mainland as possible. Unfortunately, some of our manufacturing and/or supply partners do not deliver to certain areas or will only do so for a charge. Send us an email for a quote on shipping charges for postcodes outside the UK mainland
Restrictions on Delivery
Please Note – Log Cabins & some metal sheds example (Asgard) have a typical lead-time of up to 4 weeks (non peak period) from ordering. This is as a result of the individual manufacturing processes which take place. Also, the manufacturers do not generally stock pile their products. So, it is impossible for these items to be delivered in time for a bank holiday Monday, if ordered the week before.
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrived damaged, please send photos to firstname.lastname@example.org and we advise accordingly.
