Delivery Terms & Conditions

If for any reason we are unable to supply due to stocking issues or website errors, we shall advise accordingly within 24hrs in which case a full refund can be issued.

What is my item arrived Damaged?

Whilst we make every effort to ensure that our goods are delivered in perfect condition, please inspect your goods immediately upon delivery and inform the driver of any damage or faults. If you happen to find a fault or damage you must sign for the goods as damaged/faulty. If you refuse to accept a delivery that is found to be undamaged on return to us you will incur a re-delivery charge. If you find any faults or damage after the driver has left, a claim must be made within 14 days of receipt of goods, by contacting GardenPromos.

How can I return an item after delivery?

If you decide to return an undamaged item within 14 days of purchase, there will be a collection fee of £50, we do not charge for collection of damaged goods for return or exchange. After the 14 days, returns of undamaged items will incur a 10% restocking fee, and should be in original packaging where possible and in re-saleable condition when collected.

Back Orders & Cancellations

If your item or part of your order is not in stock, we will put this on back order for you. If an item from your order is found to be out of stock, you will be contacted and have the option to cancel your order should you rather not wait.  Should you cancel your order before goods have been dispatched, we will refund you the full invoice to the original credit/debit card used within three (3) working days
